3. Ordering Options
Order Online using our secure server. This is the fastest option. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact Customer Service as indicated above. Please include your order number with any inquiry.
Order by Fax by printing out your order form and faxing to 415-762-9285.
Order by Phone by calling toll free (888)788-5369. If you leave your name and phone number, Customer Service will return your call by the next business day.

4. Shipping Information
The majority of our orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 7 – 10 business days after shipment of your order. If you use the Expedited shipping options, your products should arrive on your doorstep 1 – 3 business days after shipment of your order.
We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase for the selling price of the product. We do not refund shipping/handling charges or reimburse the cost of returning the item.
You must call Customer Service at 888-788-5369 to get a
Return Authorization Number before sending back any item.
To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
a)You may return products within 30 days of purchase.
b) All returned merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt/invoice with reason for return attached on separate piece of paper. Please write the Return Authorization Number on your receipt.
c) The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card, less the original shipping charges. If you paid by check, we will send you a refund check.
d) Please allow up to 2 weeks after receipt of returned merchandise for refunds to be processed.

6. Payment Options
Pay by credit card using our secure server. We safely accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address.
Pay by check or postal money order payable to Apple Lakes. Select “Mail in Check” on the order form and send a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars in the amount of your order. We can only accept checks and money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank or the U.S. Postal Service. Please note that paying by check will delay the shipping of your order until your funds clear.
